How does this work with my Cigna plan?
Hike submits claims directly to Cigna. Your insoles are covered by NVIDIA. Like all covered care, subject to your Cigna deductible and/or co-insurance.

Will I know how much I’ll have to pay before ordering?
Yes, Hike’s system will talk directly with your health plan and share an estimated cost before you order. The estimated price will be updated to the final cost as Cigna processes the claim. Only the final cost will be charged to your card on record.

Will my order be delayed while the claim is being processed?
No. Hike will deliver your insoles as planned, even while Cigna completes claim processing.

When you place your order, you’ll see an estimated cost and provide a $1.00 hold authorization, which simply allows Hike to begin creating and shipping your custom insoles right away. This is not a charge. No payment is collected at that time, and your card on file is only charged after Cigna finalizes the claim and the exact cost (if any) is confirmed.

When would I have to pay out of pocket?
Hike custom insoles are covered by NVIDIA and processed through your Cigna health plan. Like other covered healthcare services, you may be responsible for costs related to your plan’s deductible or co-insurance.

A deductible is the amount you pay for covered services before your insurance begins to pay. After your deductible is met, you may still share a portion of the cost through co-insurance or co-pays, depending on your plan. Once you reach your annual in-network out-of-pocket maximum, your insurance covers 100% of eligible in-network costs (including Hike) for the rest of the year.

What if I'm not satisfied with my insoles?
Hike guarantees a perfect fit or they'll rebuild them for free.

Can my family members get insoles too?
Yes! Covered dependents, older than 5-years-old, on your Cigna plan are eligible for this benefit.

What email address should I use?
Any email address, personal or NVIDIA, will be accepted. Eligibility is tied to your Cigna member id.

Is there a special event to learn more?
Yes. Hike representatives will be on campus throughout the year. Event details will be shared via email as dates approach. Stop by the Hike booth to learn more and get help with your scan.
